Each week we will have story time or a learning activity in the library. They will learn how to properly handle and how to take care of their library books, learn about the parts of books, and how to check in and out books. They will learn about authors and illustrators.
First and second grades will participate in the Accelerated Reading Program.
Grades K-1 May check out 1 easy-to-read book.
Grade 2 May check out 2 books either:
2 easy-to read books or
1 easy-to-read and 1 easy non-fiction book appropriate to their grade and reading level.
